Ingredients

- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Flour mixture-
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- ½ tsp table salt
- ¼ tsp ground paprika
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Sauce-
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp chili sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tsp Sriracha (use less if you don't like spicy)
- canola oil for frying
Instructions
- Devein and take away tails on the shrimp. Pat shrimp fully dry.
