Ingredients
6 small breakfast sausages1 1/2 cup Carrots cut on the diagonal
1 1/2 cup Brussels Sprouts cut in half
1 medium purple onion chopped
1 cup baby red potatoes cut into quarters
1/4 cup Apricot Preserves
1 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
fresh sage
Instructions
- heat up kitchen appliance to 425 degrees F
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place carrots, Brussels sprouts, red potatoes and onion on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with vegetable oil.
- Bake for ten minutes.
- take away pan from kitchen appliance and add on sausages.
- come back to kitchen appliance for ten a lot of minutes.
- take away pan from kitchen appliance and drizzle with apricot preserves (you will skinny the preserves with a small amount of water, if desired).
- Toss all ingredients. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
- come back to the kitchen appliance for five minutes.
- take away and prime with contemporary sage, if desired.
- equally divide into meal schoolwork containers and revel in for breakfast or lunch.
