- 1 15 oz can dark beans, flushed and depleted
- 1 cup corn 1 enormous ear of sweet corn or 1 cup defrosted solidified corn
- 1 cup divided cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1 cup slashed red ringer pepper
- 1/2 cup slashed red onion
- 1/2 cup slashed cilantro
- Juice of 1/2 limes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fit salt
- 1/2 teaspoon bean stew powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 enormous avocado hollowed, stripped, and cleaved

Instructions:
- In an enormous bowl, join dark beans, corn, tomatoes, red pepper, onion, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, stew powder, and cumin.
